What to include in an issue report

• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The relevant source and reference date if you are reporting a data or wording issue.
• Your browser and device type if a page is difficult to read or navigate.

For a calculator example, include the units and assumptions so the result can be reproduced. Use made-up inputs if the original values contain personal or confidential information. Do not send passwords, identification documents, or payment details.
